Bee’s Plumbing and Heating was launched almost 4 years ago and has grown rapidly since its inception and is looking for a part-time office worker who wants to continue growing with the business. We currently have 30 employees and are looking to add to the team. We provide comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage for you and your family once full-time hours are established. Bee’s Plumbing and Heating also offers paid vacation and a great retirement program with company-provided matchmaking for all full-time and part-time employees.

We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable office worker to add to the team. The salary will be very competitive and will be based on previous experience. Comprehensive after-hours full-time medical, dental and vision care is established. Plus a full retirement program for all employees. Driver’s license, drug test and background check are required.

From Monday to Friday, our office is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday: approx. 8 am-8pm
Sunday: approx. 8 am-8pm

We are looking for someone who can work approximately 20 hours plus overtime as needed. We have some flexibility on the availability of schedules. We prefer someone who can work from Thursday to Saturday. Full-time hours will be available in the future.

• MUST have previous dispatch and planning experience.
• MUST have a stable and long-term work history
• MUST have a strong ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Exercise good judgment with clients
• Self-motivated
• Attention to detail
• QuickBooks and / or ServiceTitan experience would be a plus

• Shipping
• Planning
• Answer multiple phone lines and provide excellent customer service
• Calculation of pay hours
• Invoicing and down payments
• Execute credit cards
• Opening and / or closing office
• General office tasks – filing, copying, etc.
• This position will also provide administrative and personal assistant support to owners and other managers.
• Accounting assistance
• A / R assistance
